neonomad collects the information needed to verify your identity, process transactions, and maintain account security: name, email address, government ID, selfie photo, IP address, and device identifiers.

For payment processing, neonomad collects bank account or card details. These are transmitted directly to PCI-compliant payment processors — neonomad does not store full card numbers on its servers.

How We Use Your Data

Your data is used exclusively for account verification (KYC/AML compliance), transaction processing, fraud prevention, customer support, and legally required regulatory reporting. Your data is never sold to third parties.
