Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on neonomad, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree, do not register or use the platform. These terms are effective from January 1, 2026.

You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of an eligible jurisdiction to use neonomad. A current list of restricted countries is maintained on the Compliance page.

Use of the Platform

Your account is for personal use only. You may not share login credentials, use automated tools to scrape data, or conduct any activity that disrupts platform operation or violates applicable law.

Liability

Cryptocurrency trading carries significant financial risk. neonomad does not provide investment advice, and past performance of any asset on the platform does not indicate future results.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neonomad's liability for any single claim arising from platform use is limited to the fees you paid in the 30 days preceding that claim.

Intellectual Property

All platform content — including the neonomad brand, interface design, proprietary trading tools, and API documentation — is owned by neonomad and protected under applicable intellectual property law. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

Account Termination

neonomad reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, engages in suspicious activity, or falls outside compliance requirements, with or without prior notice.

Upon termination, your access to the platform ends immediately. Any remaining balance will be returned to a verified wallet or bank account after a mandatory compliance review period.

Third-Party Services

neonomad integrates third-party payment processors and identity verification providers. These parties operate under their own terms, and neonomad is not responsible for their actions, errors, or availability.

Security Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and any devices used to access neonomad. Enable two-factor authentication immediately after account creation — neonomad strongly recommends it.

Your Rights

You may request a full export of your account data, transaction history, and personal information at any time by submitting a request through the neonomad account dashboard.

Changes to These Terms

neonomad may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect 14 days after posting, except where immediate changes are required by law. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance.
